How about whole school/service staff training?

Language for Learning provides courses for schools and education services throughout the UK. They are tailor made so that the appropriate training is received. Every session is presented by a speech and language therapist and a specialist teacher with experience working in schools with pupils at your key stage.

All training sessions are interactive and provide a well balanced mixture of theory and practical suggestions. Course booklets accompany the courses and contain information and a large range of photocopiable materials to support practical application.

Planning is incorporated into each session ensuring that a 'whole school' approach is developed.

Where?

As we are based in Worcestershire many of our 'stand alone' half and whole day courses take place in Worcester. In addition to Language for Learning Courses we also host several popular national speakers including Maggie Johnson, Anna Branagan & Stephen Parsons, Sue Hayden & Emma Jordan, Alex Kelly and Judith Carey. These courses are advertised on our home page under 'Forthcoming Events’ and on the ‘Courses’ page.

Our licensed authorities have their own programme of Language for Learning Courses. Please click on the Courses page to find out more.
